Direct from our farm in Jardín, Antioquia, to your doorstep with guaranteed origin freshness.

1. Roasting & Processing Timelines

• Orders placed Monday through Friday prior to 1:00 PM (COT) are scheduled for fresh batch roasting and packing within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Orders placed on weekends or national holidays enter processing on the following business day.

2. Domestic Coverage (Colombia)

We deliver nationwide throughout Colombia using premier licensed logistics providers: Servientrega, Coordinadora Mercantil, and Envía.

• Major Metropolitan Areas (Medellín, Bogotá, Cali, Manizales, Pereira, Armenia): Estimated delivery within 2 to 3 business days post-dispatch.
• Secondary Cities & Municipalities: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
• Special & Rural Destinations: Estimated delivery within 5 to 8 business days depending on regional courier routing.

3. International Shipping

We ship internationally to the United States and selected global destinations via authorized express carriers: DHL Express and FedEx International.

• United States: Transit time of 3 to 7 business days following customs release (CBP / FDA clearance).
• Other Authorized Global Destinations: Estimated 5 to 10 business days.

4. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Benefits

• Colombia: FREE SHIPPING on all orders above $250,000 COP. For orders below this threshold, standard calculated carrier rates apply at checkout.
• United States: FREE SHIPPING on all orders above USD $80.

5. Real-Time Tracking & Delivery Protocols

As soon as your shipment is picked up by the logistics carrier, an automated confirmation email and WhatsApp message will be sent with your tracking number and direct tracing URL.

Carriers will perform up to two (2) delivery attempts. In the event of recipient unavailability, parcels are held at the nearest courier center for up to three (3) business days.
